Rapid Signs Corp. was started in 1986, with some basic equipment. The company's founder, Nasir Hemani, drew upon his experience and resources to gradually accumulate new machinery, to accommodate the constant flow of new clients he was serving. Today, Rapid Signs Corp. has more than tripled its size, and is home to the very latest in sign-making technology.

Two large-format solvent inkjet printers produce crisp, brilliant images on a variety of materials. Two large laminators ensure that these prints are protected with UV resistant films. There is Gerber Edge 2 Thermal Foil printer, useful for small jobs that require top-quality outdoor decals. Rapid Signs also has a Flatbed UV printer, which can print directly to almost any substrate up to 2 inches thick! Of course, we have the requisite Gerber Router Table, which is used to engrave and to cut shapes and letters from a variety of materials. Finally, there is the Kongsberg Multi-Function table, providing not only the latest in Digital Die-Cutting technology, but also allows for Creasing, Kiss- Cutting, Vibrating Knife Cutting, and Routing, all at the same time!

Such a wide-variety of machinery means that Rapid Signs Corp. can produce many different products, all in-house, and therefore at the lowest cost. Once a product has been manufactured, it may require painting, polishing or some other detail, and all of these finishing details are also done in-house.
